These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Camille Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 95 694 177 510), trading as Camille Labs, a company registered in Queensland, Australia ("Camille Labs", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the Coin Quest mobile application (the "App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
You may only use the App if you meet all of the following requirements:
You are at least 18 years of age. You are a human individual (not a corporation, bot, or automated agent). You are not prohibited from using the App under any applicable law in your jurisdiction. You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by Camille Labs for breach of these Terms.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. If we discover that you do not meet these requirements, we may immediately terminate your account and forfeit any Reward Balance.
The App is intended for users in Australia and the United States. We make no representation that the App is appropriate or lawful in other jurisdictions. If you access the App from outside these countries, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
To use the App, you must register for an account by providing your name, email address, country of residence, and a profile avatar. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at camillelabs9@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You may hold only one Coin Quest account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to exploit the Rewards program or for any other purpose — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all Reward Balances.
Coin Quest is a referral and rewards aggregation platform. We do not operate the Partner Games ourselves. Our role is to:
Refer you to Partner Games offered by our Game Partners. Receive Achievement Data from those Game Partners regarding your gameplay. Calculate Rewards based on that Achievement Data. Issue gift cards to your account upon reaching qualifying milestones.
We act as an intermediary between you and Game Partners. We are not a party to any transaction or gameplay interaction between you and a Game Partner, and we are not responsible for the content, availability, or operation of any Partner Game.
Not a gambling product. Coin Quest does not require you to pay to participate in any reward-earning activity. Rewards are earned based on gameplay achievement and ad revenue generated — not on chance or wagering. Coin Quest is not a gambling service and is not licensed as one.
Partner Games are owned and operated by independent Game Partners. When you click through to a Partner Game, you leave the Coin Quest App and become subject to that Game Partner's own terms of service, privacy policy, and end-user licence agreement. You should read those documents carefully before playing.
We do not control and are not responsible for: the content, accuracy, or availability of any Partner Game; any in-app purchases you make within a Partner Game; any changes a Game Partner makes to its game that may affect your ability to earn Rewards; or any data practices of a Game Partner beyond the data sharing obligations we have agreed with them contractually.
If a Game Partner fails to transmit Achievement Data to us — for any reason including technical failure, game discontinuation, or contractual termination — we are unable to calculate or issue Rewards for that activity. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues but cannot guarantee reward issuance where we do not receive the underlying data.
Rewards are calculated based on Achievement Data received from Game Partners. The types of qualifying activity currently include reaching specified in-game level milestones and generating ad revenue within a Partner Game that is attributed to your Advertising ID.
Important: Reward rates, milestone thresholds, and gift card values are set by Camille Labs at our sole discretion and may be changed at any time without prior notice. Changes to reward rates apply prospectively. We recommend you check the current rates in the App before commencing play.
Your Reward Balance will expire if your account is inactive for a continuous period of 6 months. Inactivity means you have not logged in to the App or earned any Rewards during that period. We will send you an email notification to your registered address at least 14 days before your Reward Balance is scheduled to expire. Once expired, Reward Balances cannot be reinstated.
Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant gift card issuer. We are not responsible for gift cards once they have been issued to your account. Redemption requests will be processed within 1–5 business days. Minimum redemption threshold: AUD $5.
You are solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax obligations that arise from receiving Rewards, including any income tax obligations under Australian or US law. We do not provide tax advice. We recommend you consult a qualified tax adviser regarding the treatment of Rewards as income in your jurisdiction.
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred between accounts, or sold. Rewards are personal to you and may only be used by the account holder.
You must not engage in any of the following when using the App:
Engaging in prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms. We reserve all rights set out in Section 9 in response to such breach.
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently terminate your account and your access to the App if we reasonably believe that you have: breached any provision of these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct in connection with the Rewards program; provided false or misleading information during registration; or taken any action that causes harm or potential harm to Camille Labs, a Game Partner, or other users.
Clawback policy: Where Rewards have been credited to your account as a result of fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative conduct (including the prohibited conduct described in Section 8), those Rewards are void from the outset. We reserve the right to cancel, reverse, or claw back any such Rewards from your Reward Balance at any time, including after redemption where gift card issuance has not yet been completed. If a gift card has already been issued on the basis of fraudulent activity, we may pursue recovery through legal means.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at camillelabs9@gmail.com. Upon account closure, any Reward Balance remaining in your account will be forfeited unless you have already submitted a valid redemption request prior to closure.
Upon termination of your account for any reason: your right to use the App ceases immediately; any unredeemed Reward Balance is forfeited; Sections 7 (taxes, no cash alternative), 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to its design, graphics, text, logos, and underlying software — are owned by or licensed to Camille Labs and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as your avatar), but by uploading it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content within the App for the purpose of operating the platform.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that you will earn any particular level of Rewards or that Rewards will be available at any given time. Reward availability depends on Achievement Data received from Game Partners, and we are not liable for any failure by a Game Partner to transmit such data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — is limited to the total value of Rewards credited to your account in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or AUD $50, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Australian Consumer Law note: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If we are in breach of a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to resupply of the service or payment of the cost of resupply, at our election.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Camille Labs, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the App; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or any fraudulent or deceptive conduct by you in connection with the Rewards program.
If you believe a Reward has not been correctly credited to your account, you must contact us at camillelabs9@gmail.com within 30 days of the date the Reward should have been credited, providing your account details and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days. Our determination following investigation is final, subject to your rights under applicable law.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved as follows: first, by good-faith negotiation between the parties. If not resolved within 30 days of notice, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation administered by the Resolution Institute (Australia) before either party may commence court proceedings.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia. This does not limit any rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your state or country of residence that cannot be contractually excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable US law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Camille Labs. Each dispute must be brought on an individual basis only.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email to your registered address and by a prominent notice within the App, at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and may close your account in accordance with Section 9.
Changes to Reward rates (Section 7) are not subject to the 14-day notice requirement and may take effect immediately upon publication in the App.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Camille Labs with respect to the App and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.
You may not assign or transfer your account or any rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, cyberattacks, or failure of third-party infrastructure.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version prevails.
